In our case , here in Jamaica, the new minister has been going around the country glad-handing & scheming to bring all the old operatives back to the tourist board. Considering the tough times around the world, shouldn't he be doing what the former minister did? Shouldn't he be travelling the world, pushing hard for people to choose Jamaica in this rough winter for their vacations?
More visitors, but worry over APD remains
