Farmer Greg's brother, friend acquitted of murder

Why does it seem as if we are unable to present convincing cases to juries when horrible things like this happen? Are we to believe that these men are innocent? It appears to me that we just failed to put together a solid case. Why would we say 2 guns were used if our own expert says as many as 5 guns were used? It just makes no sense. Was there no possibility of turning one defendant against the other? Are we still stuck in the past where we don't do deals in murder cases? Our prosecutors must do much, much better. This is utterly unacceptable!
