An entrepreneur looking to take advantage of Minister Paulwell's liberalisation of the Jamaican energy scene could look at this option. At present rates of conversion it could cost between JMD$12 Billion & JMD$16Billion to set up & produce 50MegaWatts of electricity plus other spin-offs.
